COURSE OUTCOME: You are able to sell and promote Lekgotla Learning & Development Methodology for a defined context, tailor make the facilitation of an intervention, hold dialogues spontaneously, coach and mentor others on the application of the methodology. NB: A total of 20 x hours of live participation in Lekgotla sessions is a minimum requirement. |
