COURSE OUTCOME: You are able to apply the Lekgotla Learning & Development Methodology in the mini-Lekgotla, and plenary (group) sessions and make sense of the methodology. NB: A total of 8 x hours of live participation in Lekgotla sessions is a minimum requirement.
