As an entrepreneur you are your own boss, committed to your own goals. You must be able to hold yourself accountable. Yes, you may need an accountability partner, but such a person must also be an entrepreneur with similar or stronger conviction than you. I often come across remarks like, “Where do you find time for all the things you do? When do you rest? Don’t you ever sleep? Where do you get the energy from? My common answer is that entrepreneurship and all that I do is integral to my lifestyle and purpose. They are not additions to my life. They are who I am. I have the kind of attitude that affirms who I am. I cannot be sending confusing messages to my system. I then refer them to the book that affirmed me, namely, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. I cannot be overwhelmed by who I am.
