INITIATING AND OVERSEEING THE COLLATION OF DATA AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT DOCUMENTATION – Visit the B-BBEE champions and process owners once a month to collate transactions data, supporting documents (plus vouchers), and ensure that the scorecard templates are populated to produce status report.
SUPPORT COMPANY PROCUREMENT TEAMS IN INTERPRETING THE B-BBEE STATUS REPORTS AND SUBMITTING RFPs AND RFQs – The COMETSA expert is available to provide B-BBEE advisory service and support to the company procurement teams when preparing tender documents, RFPs and RFQs.
IDENTIFICATION, DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN, AND PACKAGING OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME – Assist the company in the identification, development, design, and packaging of the Socio-Economic Development Programmes, including the selection of the beneficiary organizations, communities, and target groups.
IDENTIFICATION, DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN, AND PACKAGING OF THE ENTERPRISE AND SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME – Provide advisory service from B-BBEE perspective in the development, design, packaging, and implementation of the company’s Enterprise and Supplier Development Programme.
DESIGN AND INTEGRATION OF THE YOUTH EMPLOYMENT SERVICE (YES) INTO THE COMPANY B-BBEE PROGRAMME – Assist the company’s Human Resources Division in the conceptualization, development, design, packaging, and implementation of the Youth Employment Service (YES).
SUPPORT THE COMPANY B-BBEE CHAMPIONS AND PROCESS OWNERS DURING THE ANNUAL RATING EXERCISE – The expert is on site during the annual rating exercise to support the company’s B-BBEE Champions and Process Owners.
CONDUCT QUARTERLY MONITORING & EVALUATION, AND FEEDBACK SESSIONS WITH THE COMPANY B-BBEE CHAMPIONS AND PROCESS OWNERS – The expert is on site quarterly to conduct Monitoring & Evaluation Session and give feedback to the company’s B-BBEE Champions and Process Owners.
