The underlying Principle of Diversity Management has to do with acceptance. Ultimate objective is to ensure the understanding and appreciation of the strategic business importance of implementing Diversity Management & Inclusion by the employees and management of the company

The  Objectives, Tasks, and Deliverables/Outcomes of the company’s Diversity Management & Inclusion Programme will be embraced by the employees and management of the company

The participants in the company’s Diversity Management & Inclusion Programme will set the tone and give the direction to be followed by all the internal and external stakeholders of the company.
